Just like Emil from Ratatouille states “ALL THE TIME!” When it comes to my healthy goals I have to say no a lot because I have to develop a discipline that helps me in every way possible. So most of the time I say no to sweets, too much sugar and soft drinks. I try to eat as healthy as possible, but we all have those moments that we can’t resist, but overall I say no to many things when my goals are the ideal GOALS I need in life. Also I have issues time and time again when it comes to staying motivated, but I know I can do it, because I did it before with a personal trainer and I followed everything he told me. At that time I was eating as a Paleo or for those that don’t know is that means no eating of processed foods. Also he got me into cold plunges, because it is the perfect meditation and it helps me improve my physique as well as helps with my recovery when it comes to just starting out again!
