Are you an only child or do you have siblings?

Technically I am the only child, because I am my dad’s daughter. My so-called siblings are my brother and sister, but from a previous marriage. Now these siblings are more than 15 years older than me. My mom had them when she was 18 and in her early 20’s. As for me, my mom had me when she was 37. So I was the kid with the oldest parents, especially when everyone else had young parents. However, I am now the only child, because I am done with my siblings, so if you are reading this, well just forget me, because I am definitely going to be forgotten, since family is fucked. I am all by myself again, but that is fine, that is how I have always been when it comes to traveling, learning, and getting rid of the toxic people in my life that don’t matter. Pretend I never existed or was never born, because I am and for always by myself and that is the way I like it. Then again I have escaped by changing my last name when I got married from Nelson to Castaño. Besides the name making sense, I have escaped from being part of the family. Especially when all the best people have passed. Overall I have to say that I am an ONLY child. I have no brothers and sisters, but I do have my husband and daughter, who I love above everyone else.
